VBS 2025–Jubilee Year: Pilgrims of Hope
We are excited to announce St. Cecilia’s Vacation Bible School 2025 is now open! We will be offering Vacation Bible School on June 23-27 from 9:00 am-12:00 pm. This year’s theme is “Jubilee Year: Pilgrims of Hope”. Join us as we learn about this celebratory year and why it is important for the Catholic Church. We will conclude each day of VBS with Holy Mass.

Volunteer
3/12/25 – The 2025 Volunteer Sign-Up link for adults and youth is now open!
We can’t run VBS without volunteers. Hopefully, you have witnessed how fun and easy it is to help with VBS. We need a variety of adult and youth volunteers and are forming several different teams to coordinate this week, including:
- Environmental Team: Responsible for organizing and creating the environment for VBS, preparing the space according to the theme of the week
- Snack Team: Responsible for purchasing snacks for our snack time each day. This act of hospitality is an important ministry to our young people!
- Planning Team: Responsible for the general planning and coordination of the week; will work with the VBS Coordinator to plan activities and organize volunteers
- Daily Volunteers/Group Leaders: Responsible for leading stations and activities with the young people of our faith community

Adult volunteers will also receive a 50% discount off their family’s registration! Must be present 4 of the 5 days to qualify for the discount.
Each area has a detailed manual filled with activities and questions for each day. As a co-lead, you get to help choose what happens at your station. We also need many helpers who can just show up during the week to help things move smoothly. How can YOU help make this a great event?
We will offer child care for children 0-4 years for volunteers. If you need child care, please mark in the comments/registration form the ages of your children who are entering Kindergarten or younger this fall.
