The Finance and Administration Committee is responsible for planning, providing for, and supervising the financial affairs and physical properties of the parish.  It is concerned with budget, church support, and the efficient use and maintenance of the parish plant.

A Word on Church Support from the Committee

The Hebrew scriptures show God's chosen people returning a tithe of the first fruits of the harvest.  We too are bound to return to God a portion of His gifts to us.

Church support is an integral aspect of parish life, a way parish members respond to their obligation to the church.  Each household (individual or family) is asked to reflect annually on their level of church support and to make adjustments as they are able.  Church contribution envelopes are available for those who choose to use them.  Envelopes are provided in the monthly packets for support of special needs of the local, archdiocesan, and universal church.

Church support should include both financial and personal service contributions.  The parish functions most effectively with support from both these areas.

Facilities

    Handicap Facilities

Handicap parking is available near the north and south entrances to the Church.
Handicap seating is available in the front pews near the north entrance of the Church.
Hearing devices are also available.  Ask any usher about these.

    Policy on Use of Facilities

The Social and Education Centers are available at no charge by parish or parish related organizations and for funeral luncheons during the school year.  Registered parishioners will be charged appropriate fees and damage deposits for use of facilities for private sacramental receptions or other family related events.
