Click here for a cover letter and registration materials for your child who will be enrolled in Faith Formation and/or Youth Ministry programs for Fall 2010-Spring 2011. 

Please note that fees increase after June 30 and again after August 31.  The intent of these increases is to encourage early registration so that an adequate number of catechists can be recruited and trained.  For purposes of determining fees, the date of receipt in the Faith Formation/Youth Ministry Office of all registration material is the determinant.  Note also that a fee payment schedule over several months may be negotiated at the time of registration.
